Khirsu can be visited any time of the year.

Summers 

Summers are warm (Not hot) here. This is the main tourist season for Khirsu when tourist from all over come here to relax and escape from the scorching heat in the mainland. 

Khirsu experience moderate rainfall. Though due to frequent landslides in Garhwal region, many tourists avoid coming in this season but there are people who like enjoying rains in Himalayas.

Winters 

Early winters months are good time to visit Khirsu. During extreme weather conditions Khirsu witness moderate snowfall.
